Winterfest Volunteering

The magic of Winterfest doesn’t happen on its own — it comes to life thanks to the incredible support of our Hamlin community.  This year, we’re planning a fun-filled celebration that includes Hamlin's beloved gingerbread workshop, a festive book fair, exciting crafts, delicious food, and plenty of other activities for all to enjoy. But to make it all happen, we need your help!

Volunteers are the heart of this event — from helping set up decorations and unboxing books, to donating baked goods and helping with our STEM workshops. Whether you can give an hour, a shift, or the whole day, every bit of help makes a huge difference.

There are so many ways to get involved, including:

• Helping with the Gingerbread Workshop
• Assisting in the Middle School Lounge
• Creating fun in the Lower School Lounge
• Supporting the Book Fair
• Joining the Set-up and Clean-up Crews
• Donating to the Bake Sale
• Coordinating with Food Trucks
• …and lots more!

It’s a wonderful way to get involved, meet other families, and help create lasting memories for our students and community.
