The Spring Fundraiser is one of Hamlin's most lively events of the year! This adults-only evening party (for Hamlin parents and their guests) is a chance to celebrate, connect, and have fun, all while supporting The Hamlin School. This year’s theme is Saturday Night Live! (except it's on a Friday :)

Participating in the Spring Fundraiser is more than just a great party - it’s an opportunity to make a meaningful impact. Funds raised contribute to the Parents Association's annual gift to Hamlin, an essential piece of Hamlin’s operating budget. Last year, thanks to generous contributions from the community at events like the Spring Fundraiser, the PA made a gift of $400,000 in support of the extraordinary education Hamlin students receive each day.​

We are thrilled to host this year’s event from 6:30-10:30 p.m. on Friday, March 27 at Bimbo's 365 Club. Guests will enjoy a full open bar, an array of delicious dinner options, live music from local favorites Mustache Harbor, remarks from Wanda, and a fun setting to relax, connect, and mingle. 

Short answer: No! This event remains a vital part of Hamlin’s fundraising efforts with a goal of $440,000. However in recent years, we have simplified our Spring Fundraiser giving options by eliminating both live and online auctions, as well as 'Raise the Paddle.' This allows for more time to enjoy the company of friends during our event. Rather than offering separate opportunities for underwriting, auctions, or Raise the Paddle, we invite you and the entire Hamlin community to contribute with one single meaningful gift to the fundraiser at a level that feels right to your family.

There have been so many iconic SNL characters over the years - choose your favorite and channel your inner Wayne, Garth, or Target Lady for this fun event! When planning your outfit, be mindful that not all SNL characters have aged well - let's not invite them to the party (see more here).
